We generally use UPS Ground or Fedex as a carrier.
Shipping Cost: During the check-out process you will be shown a shipping quote. You will be shown the shipping charge before you make your purchase.
Tires-n-Stuff pays the difference in shipping if the actual charge is higher than what you are quoted. In exception to this, if you choose a Premium Service for shipping, we will contact you by phone to get your consent to any changes to the shipping charge. PLEASE BE SURE to include a valid phone number with your order so that if we need to contact you we may do so without delay so that your order can be processed and shipped.
Our low product prices are intended to make it possible for a customer making a sizable order to save a considerable amount of cash. This doesn't mean we don't accept small orders. Customers wishing to make a small purchase are genuinely welcome, however, on small orders you will notice the shipping charge may seem slighty high. This is because with orders of this size we must add a small handling fee to the shipping charge so that we won't actually take a loss on the sale, due to the cost of processing the order.
Shipping Time: Tires-n-Stuff ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders received by us early in the day will normally ship same day. Orders received later in the day and during the weekend will ship next business day. Shipping time is normally 1 to 8 business days depending on your location. We will contact you before processing your order if a longer than normal shipping time is expected for any reason. In some cases your products may be delivered to you from two separate warehouses, in which case you may receive packages on two different days.
In the event of shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier (UPS or Fedex) and institute a damage claim, following their claim procedure. In the event the carrier cannot find your address, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange for delivery. If you need to contact the carrier you will need your tracking number. If you haven't already received it from us by email, contact us to get it. If your order has been LOST by the carrier in shipment, contact us and we will take care of it.
Email Confirmation: Upon processing of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. If your order is received by us after hours, or on a holiday or weekend, you will receive the confirmation email on the following business day.
Tracking Your Shipment: Although your order is shipped as quickly as possible, it normally takes 1 to 2 days for us to receive the tracking information from the shipping warehouse, at which time we will email that to you so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
International Orders: We often sell products to customers who aren't in the US. However, due to our current shipping arrangements we are only able to ship within the lower 48 USA states. So what we normally do is, if you know someone with a US address in the lower 48 states, we can ship it to them and then they can ship it to you. It is important that your contact at the shipping address CHECKS YOUR ORDER FOR ACCURACY BEFORE FORWARDING IT ON TO YOU. If there are any errors on our part with your order we can correct the error only as far as the address we shipped it to. It's ok if your billing address is not in the US but we need a US address to ship the products to. If you know someone with a US address just make the order on the website as normal, and put your address as the billing address and your friend's US address as the shipping address.
